This is ANDYFALL V0.31, a Daggerfall patch brought to you by
	AndyPolis@aol.com
with a little help from Andel Crodo's Fashion Gallery.

What is ANDYFALL? Well, basically, it's the version of Daggerfall
that I play, with whatever modifications to the program that I choose
to make (and then I have to figure out how, and go through the trouble
of actually doing it, etc.)
It's kinda like a DOOM WAD for Daggerfall.

Changes for version 0.31
========================
FALLHACK.EXE was fixed to better support the smaller install sizes.

Changes for version 0.3
=======================
Dagger Hack .DHK format. You can read about it in FallHack.txt that
comes with the Dagger Hack Installation Package, if you're interested
in distributing your own Daggerfall Hacks. For those of you who just
play the game, this means you now type ANDYFALL to play AndyFall, and
DAGGER to play regular Daggerfall.

A Word of Warning: IF YOU USE AN ANDYFALL CHARACTER IN REGULAR DAGGERFALL
THE GAME MIGHT CRASH IF YOUR CHARACTER POSSESSES AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT EXIST
IN REGULAR DAGGERFALL.
You can bring a regular Daggerfall character into AndyFall, but once you save
the character under AndyFall, consider that character an AndyFall character
and take note of the above warning.

The AndyFall 0.2 UnInstaller is included. Use this if you have AndyFall 0.2,
and it will restore the original daggerfall files from the CD. If you don't
use this (and you don't have to) AndyFall 0.2 will continue to be your
standard Daggerfall. To use it, type UNANDY D: (or whatever letter your
CD DRIVE is on.). You must have your daggerfall cd in the drive, and
dag213.exe (the patch) in your dagger directory.

a somewhat cool Title Screen... I'll work on that more. I added that
capability to FallHack at the last minute, so I didn't do a lot with the
screen yet.

The Ebony Blade wasn't actually fixed in 0.2. it is now.

Some clothing armor and faces submitted by fans have been included

Features new to V0.2:
--------------------
The weapon damage has been altered somewhat, mostly making axes worth using.

The material bonuses have been changed to make adamantium stronger than
mithril (as in arena) and the materials above adamantium have also been
correspondingly increased.

The Standard Classes have had their skills shuffled around and some other
minor changes.

The Ebony Blade should appear in the proper hand now.

Barenziah's face matches her body.

The Angry Porcupine has been placed in the town square of Vanshire in Menevia
It will become more like the 'real' one with subsequent upgrades.
If you don't know what the Angry Porcupine is, check out The Tamriellan
Enkwyror, The O-Files, or Elfiran's Dementia web pages, all of which can
be found through the Daggerfall Fashion Gallery

Features of Version 0.1
=======================

Some faces and bodies have been redrawn, some clothing and armor has
been redrawn, some additional clothing has been added, and some clothing
related bugs have been fixed. More has been done for Elves and Humans then
the other races (I'm prejudiced towards them I guess...), and more has
been done for Female than Male so far.

In Castle Wayrest, the Dark elf contingent has been redrawn to look like
dark elves, and the castle interior has been altered slightly

Input of any kind would be appreciated. Right now, I would especially like
pictures for faces (surely there are other DAGPIC users out there) and
clothing, armor, etc. if anyone cares to give it a try. I'd also love to
hear anyone's suggestions on what I should do.
So whatever else you do, try out ANDYFALL and send me your input.

That's enough of that. Here's how to use ANDYFALL:

Although I have tested it, and in fact play it all the time (not literally),
I can't put any absolute guarantees on it. Use it at your own risk. I am
not affiliated with Bethesda and this is HACKED. I accept no responsibility
for any mishaps caused by your use of this software.
I would tell you to back up your files, but they are all on the CD, so...

Put ANDYFALL.ZIP into your DAGGER directory and unzip it using the -d option.
It will replace several game files with my versions of them.
Then Play. Hopefully enjoy.

If you wish to make clothing armor or weapon pictures, this is the way in which
I suggest doing it:

Play Daggerfall, and go to the inventory screen. If you wish to edit a piece of clothing,
put on that piece of clothing and nothing else. If you wish to design a
completely new piece of clothing, get naked (your character, not you! I'm no perv! : )
Then go to your character portrait screen and take a screen shot. (If you don't know how
there's complete instructions on the Daggerfall Fashion Gallery)
The import the screen shot into your favorite paint program and draw your clothes
right on the body. That way you can be sure it will fit properly.

Oh, and if you want to edit a piece of clothing that comes in a variety of colors,
it would be best if you use the BLUE one.
For Armor and Weapons, use the STEEL one.

You can email them to me for inclusion in AndyFall, or install them yourself with
AndyPic.

We've now reached the end of everything I can think of to write except:

Thanks to Andel Crodo for letting me use his web site to distribute ANDYFALL,
and Thanks to Dave Humphries for writing DAGPIC which got me started changing
pictures.

Thanks the following people for sending pictures in (if I've missed your name,
remind me):
	Christian Halstead
	Jesper Astrom
	Ralph Garrett
	Ong Eng Ju
